Gary is a Commercial Property Solicitor and joined the firm in November 2022 after being based in the Thames Valley for over 20 years.  Gary is a senior Solicitor, but he is also a Chartered Surveyor.

Gary acts for landlords and tenants drafting and negotiating new and renewal, commercial leases, licenses to assign/alter and rent deposit deeds.  He also assists clients with the sale and purchase of companies, business assets and commercial properties and advises on potentially problematic restrictive covenants.

Gary has acted on the acquisition and sale of a number of businesses and grants of easements, leases and surrenders of leases, for large corporate headquarters and warehouses as well as the sales and purchases of shops, pubs restaurants and drive thrus and development sites of all sizes and locations
