New partners for Dexter Montague
Local law firm Dexter Montague & Partners has this week appointed three new partners.
Solicitors Mohammed Amjad, Judith Elliot and Sharon Kinder have all been associates of the firm for some years.
Mohammed Amjad is a leading immigration & nationality expert and heads the firm's specialist team in this field. His practice on behalf of individuals, businesses and local authorities covers work permits through to family reunion, visas and asylum appeals.
Judith Elliott and Sharon Kinder are both experienced litigation and members of the specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel. Together they now lead the firm's civil litigation team.
Announcing the appointments, managing partner Bill Montague remarked "Although we have grown steadily over two decades into a broadly-based law firm, DMP has retained its historical strength in the field of litigation and this is reflected in Mohammed, Judith and Sharon joining the partnership. To jump from four to seven partners may seem a bit of a leap, but we have worked closely together over the years. This is a natural and well-deserved progression and we are delighted to welcome our new partners on board."
