Having qualified as a solicitor in 1980, Jeff spent over 30 years working in private practice in the City undertaking non-contentious banking and asset finance work before joining DMP in 2016. 

 

Jeff specialises in advising and  representing  borrowers, banks and other financial institutions  in the drafting and negotiation of loan and lease documentation together with collateral security documents and conditions precedent.
